The mobile or tablet apps and the Dream Squad 11 collectively, "the Dream Squad 11". You accept these terms and conditions as long as you use the Dream Squad 11 . If you disagree with these terms, do not use the Dream Squad 11 .

You acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms below by using the Dream Squad 11 Dream Squad 11 (the "Terms of Use"). The Rules of Use should be carefully read.

Agreement with User

We are happy to grant you access to our Dream Squad 11 Dream Squad 11.com and the chance to take part in our skill-based fantasy sports competitions by paying a fee to play in cash games or merely signing up to play in free games as long as you abide by our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and these terms of use (the "Terms") (collectively, the "Services") that we may provide from our Dream Squad 11 .

Every time you access, use, register for services, accept, post, submit, or download any content or information from or to the Dream Squad 11 , you agree to its terms of use. These Terms of Service continue in force even if you stop using the Dream Squad 11 and Services as a binding contract between you and Dream Squad 11.

Verification of Accounts

Your account on Dream Squad 11 needs to be verified.

• Please confirm your mobile number.
• Age of at least eighteen(18).
• Assert your non-residence in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, by providing us with a declaration.
• Make sure GPS is always activated when using our application.
• Dream Squad 11 may request that you send us your email ID, a copy of your PAN card, and/or address verification as part of the account verification procedure.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to establish an account, take part in the Dream Squad 11 skill games, or win the prize pool.
• Only citizens of certain Indian states are allowed to enter contests in particular states. Residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
• A Dream Squad 11 account must be created by registered users.
• Users need to be citizens of India.
• If you want to utilize the Dream Squad 11's services, each user is only permitted to create one account. These rules of service prohibit using your account to support another person's entry into a contest.
• When you register, we ask for truthful, comprehensive, and current information from you.
• Payments must be made using a PAN card, a bank account, and a government-issued ID.

Additional Legal Prohibitions

The Dream Squad 11 provides competitions or skill-based games. The contest deadline, roster, rules, scoring, and any other appropriate documentation specify the objective criteria that are used to select the winners. Winners are selected by accumulating the most points in accordance with the appropriate scoring regulations by employing skill, knowledge of pertinent sports information, and fantasy sports rules.

Payments

Users agree to the following payment terms for transactions on the Dream Squad 11 platform, including paying to enter paid Contest(s):

• The pre-designated amount Users pay to participate in the Contest(s) includes the Dream Squad 11 platform fee and the pre-determined participant's contribution to the cash pool.
• All User funds are held in non-interest-bearing bank accounts under these Terms and Conditions. These bank accounts can pay users Dream Squad 11 and the government (towards TDS on Winnings Amount).
• The Dream Squad 11 reserves the right to charge a Platform Fee, which would be determined and communicated by Dream Squad 11 on the Contest page, being made on Dream Squad 11 platform, before a User joins such Contest. The Platform Fee (including tax) will be taken from the User's account balance and invoiced by Dream Squad 11.
• In a Contest, the User must pay a pre-specified amount to the Prize Money Pool, which will be given to the Contest Winner(s) after the Contest is over. Dream Squad 11 serves simply as a mediator to collect and distribute the Prize Money Pool in compliance with the Contest terms and conditions. The Trustee would debit the User's account balance for the Prize Money Pool payment.
• For payment processing and reconciliation, Dream Squad 11 users receive two accounts: 'Unutilized' and 'Winnings'. No funds in the User's accounts may be transferred to any other kind of account owned by the User or any third-party account, including a bank account.
• The User's Winnings Account will receive Contest winnings.
• The specified payment gateway will credit the User's Unutilized Account.
• The deposited Amount is Unutilized.
• When a User enters a contest on Dream Squad 11, their account will be debited the pre-designated amount. The User's Unutilized Account will be charged first, followed by the User's Winning Account for any remaining participation cost.
• The User will be routed to the approved payment portal to make any remaining match or Contest payments. The User's "Unutilized" Account will receive any amount added through such a payment gateway that exceeds the pre-designated amount (s).
• To enable a user's participation in a Contest, the "Unutilized" Account will be debited in order of the date of credit.

Termination and Impact

We reserve the right to revoke any or all of your rights granted herein without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny you access to and use of the Dream Squad 11 , revoke your password(s), and/or account identification Dream Squad 11. Such a decision won't have an impact on rights or duties already in existence. Terms of use that, by definition, ought to continue after the contract expires will. This covers ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnification clauses, and liability cap clauses.

Liability

The user acknowledges and agrees that, even if the company has been informed that such damages may occur, neither the company nor any of its subsidiaries, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use of data, or other intangible losses.

Responsible for any losses brought on by a service interruption, suspension, or termination. Whatever sum that the user has paid the company in connection with the cause of action, if any, is the maximum amount of obligation that the firm will ever have to the user. The user acknowledges that the company is not accountable or liable for any remarks or actions of any third-party service providers to the user or anyone else.

Rights to intellectual property

The Dream Squad 11 trademarks, service marks, and logos contained in the material of the Dream Squad 11 , including all text, software, scripts, graphics, pictures, sounds, music, videos, and interactive elements (the "Intellectual Property"), are owned by or under license from Dream Squad 11.

Costs for attorneys, arbitration, and jurisdiction

Only the courts in India shall have jurisdiction over any claim, dispute, or disagreement relating to this Agreement, its breach, or the use of the Dream Squad 11 (including all business transactions made through the Dream Squad 11 ).

Miscellaneous

Except as specifically specified herein, nothing in the Conditions of Use shall create or confer any rights or other advantages onto any third party. By taking part in any contest on the Dream Squad 11 , you consent to indemnify, safeguard, defend, and hold harmless Dream Squad 11 and individuals from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments, and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and other legal expenses incurred at the trial and appellate levels and in any related proceedings.

These Conditions of Use are subject to change at any moment, with Dream Squad 11's permission.
